Cheese.
We spent this past weekend on Long Beach Island. We also ate some delicious cheese.
My favorite was the square cut one pictured above. An aged sheep milk Manchego Reserve with black truffles and anchovy. It was unreal.
The cheese in the center is a goat cheese that was aged in grape leaves. It was super creamy and smelled like death. It tasted great though.
The cheese in the bowl was a super soft and creamy cow's milk Camembert d'Isigny. It was really strong. This was my least favorite but others loved it.
The other cheese is your standard Brie which is always delicious.
I picked up all the cheese at Downtown Cheese in Reading Terminal Market.
